Welcome to BB ("BB Store", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our platform at elicod.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or browsing our marketplace, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using BB on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Our Platform

BB is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace that connects buyers with local and verified vendors across Nigeria. We facilitate transactions but are not the seller of record for third-party vendor products. Each vendor is responsible for their own listings, product descriptions, pricing, and fulfilment.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@elicod.store if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via our supported gateways (Paystack, Bank Transfer, USSD).
• Prices displayed are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• BB reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or placed in error.
• Payment processing is handled by Paystack and is subject to their terms.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by vendors and BB Delivery agents. BB is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses, unavailability of the recipient, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Delivery fees are shown at checkout and are non-refundable once a delivery is dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility depends on the individual vendor's return policy. As a general guideline:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition.
• Perishable goods, digital products, and custom orders are non-returnable.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors on BB agree to provide accurate product information, honour confirmed orders, and comply with all applicable Nigerian laws including consumer protection regulations. BB may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use BB to:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
• Harvest user data or reverse-engineer our platform.
• Harass other users, vendors, or delivery agents.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on BB — including logos, designs, text, and software — is the property of BB or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BB after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
